Shipping Methods Explained:
At Evoque, we have several different forms of shipment options for our customers. Below we expand on the different approaches and process.
1. Free In-Store Pickup
1 out of 4 options is In-Store Pickup, this option is made available at checkout. If chosen the items will be made available for pickup after payment completion. Processing time is generally (subject to change) same day or next day if placed after 5pm (EST). The cost of this service is free.

2. Free Local Delivery
Free Local Delivery, entails that if your shipping address is within 100 km radius from our Brampton warehouse the purchased items will be delivered for free. *Delivery date and time will be discussed and confirmed within customer*.
3. Warehouse Pickup
If your intended delivery address is beyond our local delivery scope you will need to pick the Warehouse Pickup option. This means, you can pickup the purchased items from your nearest Day and Ross facilities. The cost of this service can range approximately from $69 - $99 and is suitable in all provinces.
4. Pallet Rate
If your intended delivery address is beyond our local delivery scope and you are also not able to pickup from our warehouse method then we can deliver it directly to your desired address via Pallet Rate. Pallet Rates are automatically calculated based on the size and weight of the product.
RETURNS
We have a no return or refund policy for bikes that have been taken out of the box or driven.
